The customer has the right to withdraw & return the product he bought through our online store within fourteen (14) days from the date he received it, according to article 4 par. 10 of 2251/1994 law (Government Gazette 191 A '/16 November 1994) in combination with the Joint Ministerial Decision (Κ.Υ.Α.Ζ1-891 / 30.8.2013), as in force.
Before returning the product you must complete and send us the return form at the email eshop@skrekis.gr or at fax. +30 2109644129. Download the "Withdrawal Application" here. Return costs are fully covered by the customer.
The product to be returned must be in excellent condition, in the correct packaging as it was sent, always accompanied by a copy of the "Purchase Document", as well as the "Withdrawal Application" signed by the customer.
In case of loss, damage or total destruction of the product, the responsibility lies with the customer, until the receipt of the product by the company.
Once the returned product is inspected by the company, the replacement or credit process is established. In any case, communication will be preceded by the online store’s customer service department.
Returns of special products are accepted, after consultation with the customer service department of our online store via email address eshop@skrekis.gr or at fax +30 2109620416 (local charges apply). Indicatively, the products with the STOCKHOUSE tag are can not be returned as well as products that are manufactured according to the specifications of the consumer/customer.
The replacement or the credit will be completed within five (5) days from the date that our company will receive the product & the necessary inspection will be done. The return method is combined with the original order method, namely:
Payment through Credit Card :
If the payment has been done by credit card and the return follows, the company informs the bank about the cancellation of the transaction. Our company is obliged to inform the issuing Bank about the cancellation of the transaction and then the bank will carry out any transaction provided under the contract it has drawn up with the customer without the relevant responsibility of our company. Our company, after informing the bank, does not bear any responsibility for the time and manner of execution of the rebuttal, which is regulated by the contract between the customer and the bank.
Payment through PayPal :
If a payment has been made with PayPal and a refund follows, the company will refund the refund the sum to your PayPal account.
Cash Payment :
If payment has been made with cash, the customer will get a money refund from any store of his choice, after conciliation with the company.
Payment through Bank Deposit :
In case of payment by bank transfer, the same reverse bank transfer will be made from our company accounts to the customer to a bank account that will be indicated in writing by the customer.
Cash on delivery to a transport company :
If a payment is made by cash on delivery and a refund follows, the company will deposit the money in a bank account that will be indicated in writing by the customer.
2) Returns of products, which are considered defective upon delivery (DOA).
The return of the products, which are considered defective upon delivery (DOA) , will be accepted within five (5) calendar days from the delivery to the customer. At the same time, the product must not be damaged and must be returned with all the original documents that accompanied the product and its complete packaging as well as the "Withdrawal Application" signed by the customer. In these cases the following applies:
a) The product is received by our company and inspected to determine the defect reported by the customer.
b) Provided that the product has been previously received and tested by our company, the item will be replaced with a similar new one, or in case of unavailability with another new product of similar quality and price. Otherwise in case the customer does not wish replacement, the original purchase money will be refunded to the customer. The refund will be made in any of the methods mentioned above.
c) Shipping costs both for the return of defective products to our company and for the return to the customer of the replaced product are borne by our company, as long as the return method proposed by the company is observed. The customer returns the products for inspection and verification of error.
d) In case the products are returned damaged or incomplete, our online store has the right to request compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products. It will proceed without any other in total or partial offset of this claim against the customer.
Also, in case of a worn product, photos can be sent by the customer to our email address at eshop@skrekis.gr.
In all cases in which products other than those sold are returned, by type or quantity or missing or a property that has been previously agreed in writing with our company, then the costs of returning the products to the company and the cost of returning to the customer are borne by the customer .
Any damage or delay on the part of the customer is justified only for reasons of force majeure, otherwise the right of replacement or refund under this term does not apply.
