DELIVERY METHODS

 

1. Shipping abroad

Your order can be shipped to many destinations. Our online store cooperates with variety of couriers and transport companies for delivery. Shipping costs are calculated according to the total weight of your order in combination with the destination area.

 

2. If you are located in Greece

 

Through a Courier Company

Your order can be shipped to any destination you have chosen. Our online store cooperates with the courier company “ACS Courier” for orders up to 10kg and with transport companies for orders  that exceed 10kg well as for bulky products. The shipping costs are calculated according to the total weight of your order in combination with the area you are located.

 

For purchases that are equal or greater than €80, the shipping costs are FREE.

 

Orders that include bulky products such as white appliances, water heaters and/or heat pumps are excluded.

The delivery time of an order differs depending on the location you have chosen & is valid from the next day when your order will be delivered to the shipping company.3 working days inside Attica

  • 3-4 working days for Mainland Greece
  • 4-5 working days for Greek Islands
  • 6 working days for Inaccessible areas

The SKREKIS SA company is not responsible for any delays in the delivery of your order that are caused by the transport companies (problems such as severe weather phenomena, strikes or problems in the road network). You can track your order with your order number through the ACS Courier Tracking system www.acscourier.net/el/.

 

Collection from the store

Your order can be delivered to you from any physical store maintained by our company, with the trademark SKREKIS SA. Select from the address list of our Network the nearest point for you.

The order from the store can be delivered on the same day, if the items are available for up to 3 working days.

Once the product collection has been completed, we will contact you and let you know that you can pick up your order. If you do not arrive the day you were informed, you do not have to worry! Your order will be kept at the store for 5 more working days. After that, it is automatically deleted by our system.
