NEWSLETTER REGISTRATION TERMS

1. The company "SKREKIS SA" (from now on, "Organizing Company") organizes a series of advertising activities (from now on, "Actions"), in which interested parties are invited to fill in their email on Facebook / Instagram, in order to be informed about products and company news.

2. The completion of the E-mail implies the explicit and unconditional consent of the participant for registration of personal data in a file that will be kept by the supporting Organizing Company for the purpose of this action, in accordance with the provisions of 2472/1997 law. The personal data of the participants will be kept in a file and will be processed by the Organizing Company according to the new rules of GDPR. The purpose of the collection, preservation and processing of personal data by the Organizing Company is to inform about products and updates of the Organizing Company. At any time, each participant reserves the right to access his personal data and information, or to object to the further processing of his data, based on article 13 of 2472/97 law, following a written request to the company above at the electronic address info@skrekis.gr.
